Faulty and incorrect laptop
I received the laptop, and I was disappointed upon opening it.I had ordered a silver one, but they sent a matte black instead.The sound drivers are not working at all.The battery is functioning at only 50%.To get rid of the responsibility quickly, the seller delivered it with just a single partition.This is an extreme level of irresponsibility.

Good condition. Wrong CPU. Touchpad issues.
Dell Latitude 7400 came with 8365U CPU, instead of the advertised 8665U.There was no Windows 11 either.I also confirmed immediately a touchpad problem: touchpad stops working after laptop going to sleep. I want to believe it is a generic Dell problem, not related to this particular device after googling it.As for the look and feel: it is a good looking machine, quite light and looks robust. Thanks to Dell.It was clean and well maintained. Thanks to the seller/last owner.Packaging: you receive a black color renewed laptop, a used charger, EN-AR keyboard stickers.Specs: 16gb ram, 256gb ssd, antiglare screen, back-lit keyboard, hdmi, usb-c, i5-8365U,3/5 - taking into account incorrect product description and a non-responsive seller.It is yet to be seen how reliable it is: battery, hw.

Incorrect system and processor for the second time
Didn't come as described for the second time after replacement. Not windows 11, and not i5-8665U. But clean and looks good.

not the same as in picture and specs provided
Not the same as in the picture and Specs. I ordered because in the picture it has IR camera for facial recognition and fingerprint scanner. Also the processor mentioned here is i5-8665U but they gave me i5-8265U. Keyboard is not original and very bad quality. No NFC like in the picture. If I'm not techy, I will not notice all these. Please dont fool anyone.
