Thoughtfully Packed and Excellent Quality
With a huge amount of first kits available on Amazon I was keen to find one that suited my needs. I work offshore on yachts and I always like to have my own back up first aid kit in case the yacht's one is lacking in some way. In my free time I ski through the winter and spend the summers hiking and trail running. I like to keep the weight I carry to a minimum but I still feel more comfortable in the outdoors if I am ready for anything - within reason of course! After contacting the seller to chat through this kit I ordered it with the understanding that it was thoughtfully packed out with all the necessities while not being bloated and overweight. I was excited to unpack it when it arrived! Here are my thoughts:A lot of thought has gone into the kit to make sure that you have what you need but don't end up carrying around unnecessary items.Everything has its place so it is easy to find items. This is really important with the likely stress that is involved with a first aid situation. It is also easy to put items back in the right place and, after a trip away, it is easy to see what needs replacing. The bag that houses the kit is excellent quality and protects it's contents well. The zips work well, it has a handy carry handle and a great couple of loops on the back to strap it to a bag etc. In the attached picture I have strapped it to my camera bag.It is a good size. Big enough that I feel confident heading off for a few days camping but small enough to stuff into backpack pockets etc.A great item - I will be buying a second one so that I have one at home and one to travel with.

One of the best priced/quality kits available.
I purchased this kit as something i can throw into the car and keep as a backup. As a first responder i normally pack my own kits, however i liked that this had integrated labels for everything. In the case someone not familiar with the kit had to use it, everything would be labeled. I normally would have expected to pay this much for only the pack, but it came with things so, bonus. When I received this, i carefully went through each and every item expecting the usual (cheapest item available) sort of thing. However the quality of the included items was very reasonable. Overall i was pleasantly surprised. In the end, I'm more likely to cary this with me than just to have it sit the back of the car. Highly recommend this for anyone. And as lame as it sounds this would really make an awesome gift for others... okay its no thrills but hey... when they need it they will be glad they have it.

Review from a 10 year paramedic firefighter
Excellent small kit... Has a lot of great things included... Only first aid kit I'd recommend from Amazon... I want another for my other vehicle... I wish you guys would make a trauma kit with tourniquet, quick clot and suture kit... Would be awesome... I'd also like you to switch out the scissors with flouride covered blades, and maybe some Neosporin and wooden splints... This kit is very good, organized, and worth the money... Maybe a pediatric bag in the future? Throw in a spot for medications such as aspirin for chest pain or a day's worth of people's medications and maybe some child type Band-Aids? One last thing... Make the back of the bag more molle compatible... Kinda hangs weird when attached to bags... Still love it... Made my own modifications to the inside... Also tossed in a few more nitrile gloves and a hemostat and clamp scissors... Bags great!

Best small and lightweight kit yet! But tourniquet needs improvement.
This is one of the best small sized first aid kits that I have ever purchased. It is well organized and easy to find the items you need. If it has a major shortcoming, it would be the included "tourniquet". The elastic band is worse than not including a tourniquet at all, as someone with less first aid training and experience might believe they have a tool to cover major arterial bleeding. They will not. The center pocket where this elastic tool is located, along with assorted other items, would be a perfect place for an actual tourniquet, such a SOF-T, a CAT or even a TK4. I don't know if a CAT or SOF-T would fit in the current pocket, as I have not tried one, but I was able to tuck a TK4 into it with no problem. It would make the kit more expensive to include such a tourniquet, but it would not have to be included. Just design the pocket and label for it and let customers decide which tourniquet they want to equip their kit with, if any.I found the CPR mask case unnecessary and used too much space. I removed the contents of the case and placed them in the allotted compartment by themselves. The kit is inexplicably missing antiseptics and antibiotic ointments, either the items themselves or a clear place to store them, and I ended up adding them to the Adhesive Dressings pouch for lack of a better place. I replaced the flimsy triangular bandage with a heavier one that could double as a tourniquet or pressure bandage. I also added squeeze bulb for wound cleaning. The attachment straps provided on the back of the kit are versatile and well thought out. My only complaint with them is a unique one; the snaps were set into both the nylon strap and the body of the bag itself, preventing me from being able to remove them as I could easily do with the rest of the strap assembly. I had no need for the straps and wished to lighten the bag for backpacking. It sounds like I'm being ultra critical, but this really is a good kit with the exceptions of the above listed items. It is lightweight, (a must for backpacking), but not flimsy in any way. The 600 denier nylon construction is the perfect compromise between weight and strength. The organized pockets allow you to open the bag without anything spilling out and still be able to go straight to the item you need without delay. There is room to add some of your own materials and still not overstuff the kit.I would rate it 5 stars if the tourniquet issue was addressed.

False Advertising!
The product does not come in the gorgeous bag shown in the photos. It comes in a glorified ziplock bag! Very disappointed! I returned it immediately.

Portable Medic
The product is exactly what our company was looking for. We have a number of field teams made up of scientists that conduct work in very remote locations.

Think it through first.
I was about to purchase this but glad I thought it through. Please hear me out. You're paying for a CPR mask that is useless because to "breathe into the victim" is no...

Good little kit
I always keep a little first aid kit around. I bought a new little project truck and got this one to throw in it. I like it for the price.

Wrong item
Item arrived in a small red foil pouch, NOT the item that was pictured. When I went to check the product page it now said "Currently Unavailable." Returning it immediately.
