Much less intrusive than he cheap tube vents, but don't work as well, but do stay in my nose so it's a clear winner.I've been wearing these for an hour now after getting them and my nose does not hurt at all, also they do not slide out of place. I can’t review too much since I didn’t actually use it overnight. I put them in and immediately thought there’s no way I can keep this in overnight. I’m gonna rip them out. It was a little too uncomfortable. But I also have a very narrow nasal passage. Hence why I need some to help with my breathing.
