Hello, does the fur easily come off? Will the fur part be safe to be sucked and chewed by baby?

My one year old has been able to chew some fur off. She has 7 teeth though. I’m hoping to find something similar that she can’t eat!

I gave this rattle as part of a baby shower gift, so it's not something I own. But I seem to remember that it was very "eco-conscious," like everything else the prospective parents put on their registry wish-list, so I'm almost certain it must be BPA free. Can't swear to it, but especially given that it's made for babies, that would be my guess.

Ok, so besides the fact that this is so cute, it's a great teether and there's little colorful cloth loops on the side that my Godson just loves touching with him little fingers so I'd say it is a sensory item as well! Great buy
