We used it to shallow fry chicken and it is absolutely delicious. Not too hot just a little warmth but we used less in the flour than we normally would as I'm not very good with spicy food. We will definitely be ordering more.

The fry mix is easy enough to use. Always, ALWAY make sure u dry off your chicken peices first though as if there is any moisture on the chicken, then the egg and fry mix will not stick!I found it an OK mix, not the best I've had so I spruced it up a bit and added 100gms of flour and a tablespoon of old bay seasoning and that did the trick. I started cooking some chicken for myself, then my daughter, son in law and grand daughter came round so I ended up cooking a whole batch of chicken drumsticks and a pack of chicken fillets and the mix went a very long way. I tend to fry my chicken off until its mostly cooked through, then I put it in the oven to finish it off at about 180 for about 20 mins. Chicken was perfectly tender and juicy and the family really enjoyed it!

Very tasty with spicy flavour

Thought I would take a risk with this fried chicken mix and was very impressed. I have used it twice and cooked the wings in my airfryer and they came out and tasted prefect. I was able to use one packet to marinade two 475grams of chicken wings. Prepping with egg baste rather than milktastes and looks better in my opinion A little pricey hence why I docked a star but I will order again for special occasions.

Easy to use good coating

If you are expecting KFC result from this product you are simply living on a different planet. Enjoy but you'll be dissapointed.
