This is the 4th edition of this book and each is better and more current than the previous one. Extensive, detailed, and up-to-date information for anyone who is serious about nutrition and its biochemical bases. I highly recommend this book and am anxiously awaiting the next and newest edition.

Should be labeled NEW
This book was described as "used-like new" but what it really should be is BRAND NEW! No marks, digs, writing/high lighting or rips. In perfect condition, thank you!
