Vitamin B complex is good in helping her mood. My daughter swears by this stuff. I will buy more. Easy to swallow, smells sweet, value for the money. Quality is good.

So this is great for those who arent getting enough Vitamin b which can affect all kinds of brain and nerve functions. Personally I got it for an elderly person who was having trouble walking and I noticed wasn't getting any vitamin B in their diet and this worked wonders. Within a day a big improvement in leg function and walking. huge difference.However with the elderly you have lots of bathroom access issues so the advent of loose stools created a problem which I highly;y suspect is from using the product for more than a few days and its 500% Vitamin C dose.So currently I am looking for a similar Vitamin B product without the vitamin c.as far as swallowing.. for an elderly person all vitamins are hard to swallow. this pill is relatively soft so its easy to crush into a powder using a spoon in a normal ceramic dish and just give it to hem as a spoonful of powder with a water or milk chaser.BE aware that many products are just vitamin B12 which isgood ofr energy but not all the other things you need the other vitamin B's for like nerve function etc.I really hope to find a tablet with this consistency that is easy to crush as hard tablets and softgels are tough for the elderly to take. capsules are sometimes hard to open for the powder inside.

I ordered this and it doesn't have copper in it as it says on the bottle in advertisements.

"B complex" isn't uniform. In addition to this being a trustworthy name brand, this is one of the few B complexes to specifically include B7/Biotin and zinc. Biotin is great and can be pricey on its own, so it's awesome to have it included in this formula, and zinc is an important co-factor in getting folate and B12 to do their jobs properly in your body's methylation cycle. If you don't take another supplement with those things in it already, you're making a good choice having them included here.
