These appear to be very well made. We have not used them yet but they are very sharp and sturdy. Should do a good job.

Just purchased my second set. My dog chewed up one of the handles of my first set. :-) Works great for larger cuts of meat, but you might consider using a fork and claw on smaller cuts, like chicken breasts. Enjoy

These work great for picking up heavy meat & shredding meat, I always wash in the dishwasher and they have held up great! We use these all the time!
