It does the job, but can become a little uncomfortable after wearing for longer periods.

I would demand a refund from this seller if Amazon allowed it - they do not allow it conveniently. I have used many mouth guards successfully - but this is the first that doesn't mould to fit after soaking for 25 seconds as instructed in boiling water. It remains just a big, ill-fit, uncomfortable, rubbing piece of plastic in your mouth. Do not waste your money!! Many others work, but not this; don't be robbed of £13 like I have been.

Disappointed with these. I've been using guards for years and thought I'd try these due to a good price. Found them very thick, which wasn't comfy and also the plastic around the edge is rough and unpleasant on my lips and tongue

As with the many negative reviews, I tried to mould these guards around my teeth several times but they are made of a very hard rubber and chunky.I attempted to leave them in boiling water (whilst "still" boiling on the stove), for longer that the 25 seconds suggested on the instructions and they did eventually turrned transparent and soft enough to be moulded (somewhat) around my upper teeth. You have to work very fast and use fingers and suction, then remove and cool under running water to retain shape. They are wearable but still uncomfortable.Since they cannot be returned (probably the reason why...) I will have to try and adapt to them until I can find a better solution. Please save your money and look elsewhere.I do not recommend.

finally i have found the my product ideal. after to have purchased different products, this is thinnest and easily modellabile respect to other. is from 2 weeks that it use and carries out very well the his function. excellent material. advised

Absolutely terrible !! Material does not become plyable enough to actually mold to shape of teeth ... it does not stay in place ... I've tried 2 sets multiple times and you have to get it extremely hot and it still does not work well ...Waste of money ......I bought a gum shield 1 month ago from a different supplier and it worked perfectly ...Not impressed with the waste of my money

Easy to mould and comfortable to wear

These are my first guards. I Had to trim them down as they were too big, I softened and shaped them as instructed, but they arent a great fit. Fairly soft clear rubber, I will keep trying with them..
