what's the difference between the s/r spoler and the one for a platinum model?

One is longer then the other the Sr is longer then the platinum version

It does not fit the 2006 Altima

Will it fit 2016 maxima SV model?

Yes, as all the trunks are the same it will fit just follow instructions

I have a 2017 maxima color k23 but trying to find out is the black trimming a matalic black
