Great for getting the fillament dry
I must say I am very pleased with this product. It came well packaged, runs on 24V adapter which was supplied. You can set the temperature from 35-55°C, and set the baking timer from 1h to 24H.It achieves the 55°C in about 15min which is quite fast, to be honest. Nice big backlight LCD gets the temperature reading a breeze. Controlling the dryer is easy. Just set the temperature with the buttons and hold 3 sec to set the time.I had one spool of PLA which had been absorbed moisture and popping whilst printing, gave it 6h of drying on 55°C and no more popping, print came out great. The great thing about it that spool is laying on two rotating cylinders (they seem to be ball bearing) so you can print whilst drying, so you have dual-purpose, drying and spool holder at the same time. There is an additional hole on the top I suppose you could install the pneumatic PTFE connector but you can use the bottom hole for ease of use, which does not let too much hot air out anyway. There is no fan inside which is great because is dead silent. Front and back of the dryer get fairly hot to touch, I reckon where the heater elements are but nothing too severe, thinking about it, good that it has two heating elements because you will have even distribution of temperature inside the chamber.Overall this dryer looks very good, I am really happy with how it performs and will continue to use it to get my 3D prints as good as they can be.

Useful filament drier
Even if you take care to repack filaments after using (its rare that a whole reel gets used up in one go), the filament will eventually start absorbing water. I have used this drier on a few reels and it restores the print quality to like new. Its provides an improvement even if the filament is obviously affected by moisture.

Plug / power adapter type.
Advertises as Amazon choice,Came with a euro-plug to the UK have to use adaptor.! "box info has multiple power adapter options including UK plug.?"This is an Amazon problem more than Sunlu.Instructions booklet gives you a QI code to download pdf file,The pdf file is vary poor and unable to read due to being blurry poor copy.Luckily it's simple to set-up and use, I have had some good prints with some of my old filament after leaving the machine too do it's work drying out the reals for six hours at 50°C.Previously the filament would just snap vary easily.ISeems to be working ok.

Worth every penny? YES! I think so
Bought this a while ago, and been using it ALOT - figured I should write a little review as its so handy.Arrives well packaged, with all parts needed. A quick flick through the instructions reveals no surprises. Insert filament roll (from 1.75 and up!) and set temp.I had a roll of filament that just would NOT print right, kept leaving 'blobs' everywhere, and nothing in other places!I deciided to chuck the roll in the dryer - left it to bake for 24hrs (way more than needed, but forgot it!). after drying, I tried printing the same model again, not changed any setting on slicer before hand. The print was a totally different from the original, wasnt perfect (cheap filament!) but didnt have the blobing and missing as before.Your filament roll sits on a roller bearing front and rear. so the roll spins with no problems or drag. Theres a couple of holes in the lid of the dryer, you can route the filament out through one of these, and feed it direct into your printer - perfect if your printer is in a garage or the like! The 2 holes really dont let much heat escape, if your only using it as a dryer - I'd recommend leaving the filament in the dryer and printing 'as is' - route the filament out of the dryer, over the spool holder on the printer gantry, and feed into the hot end.A worthwhile purchase, and helps no end in keeping filament dry - I'd recommend to anyone, and buy again should I get another 3d Printer

Great addition
Great addition to printing. Instant results and great prints. No spitting or bubbling from extruder and less stringing, well worth the expense. Only issue is the instructions I had to youtube it to get full instructions and advice. Overall Excellent.

Got a bargain
Luckily I got this for £54 due to a percentage off offer. Worked great with wood PLA enabling me to print Groot! The device is very simple to use and works great. Illuminated display is a little bright at night but no biggie!

If you're serious about 3D printing you need one of these!!
The issue of filament absorbing water and producing poor quality prints is massively frustrating so when this was released I had to have one! I initially tried this with a roll of black filament that I had basically written off for being too old and I knew I hadn't looked after it (who actually has time to seal them back up with the little silica bag!), and guess what it recovered it perfectly and I was even able to print my best benchy yet! (Pictured)What was maybe more surprising was that I then tried drying a brand new roll straight from the manufactures vac sealed bag and achieved print quality like never before! I'm now going to be running all new material on a 3hr drying cycle before printing. In conclusion this is a must have if you want to achieve top quality 3D prints!

Power Cable
Not sure about the rest of the product but I have rarely come across a product with a shorter power cable, by the nature of the product you probably only have a few places that you can position it near the printer.Hence a metre cable for a product of this nature is just far too short, for £50+ I would expect better.Spoiling the barrel for a hal'penth of tar.
