Order came through missing plug and measuring tape. I contacted the seller on Amazon and "[email protected]" <[email protected]> and they dealt with the issue on the same day and sent out the missing parts. Couldn't have been more helpful and the issue is obviously not the sellers fault, hence the 5* review. I'd probably order direct from the website next time.The ball itself is perfect, easy to use and comes with a helpful book with some good exercise ideas. I had some terrible SI pain but switching from my office chair to the ball during work has helped massively.

Absolutely fantastic product. The ball was an absolute lifesaver with me when having my first. I love that it comes with exercises in the book for you to try out and that it is suitable for a range of heights.Even better yet! I originally got this ball when pregnant with my first in 2020. I am pregnant again now (2025) with my second and unfortunately when looking out my ball after the years (and a house move or two!) I've lost the plug for my ball. So I emailed customer service to see if they could help, and even offered to pay for it considering the time period lapsed! Well absolutely 10/10 customer service, even after 5 years they are sending me a replacement plug and tool kit for free!10000% recommend

I use the ball to work from home due to my pregnancy. This gives me a bit of room to move around in between and my belly isn't so tense. The ball also comes with an information/exercise booklet, which is great. It's also practical that the package includes a pump for inflating and deflating so that you don't have to buy it separately. In addition, there is an accessory to remove the stopper from the ball if it is no longer needed and needs to be stowed away. Compared to exercise balls, this ball feels super stable and thick.

The thick material of the ball is of a strong quality.The adjustable size makes it functional for a number of people.The accompanying book is very useful and has some nice exercise ideas.Unfortunately, upon first inflation the pump snapped in two. I had to buy an alternative pump in a local store.

I purchased my item on 13th January and noticed that when I received it, it didn’t come with a foot pump as stated in the item description. I contacted the company BabyGo through Amazon straight away, which to my surprise got back to me that same day. They apologised for this mishap and offered me a full refund and offered to send me out a foot pump so that I could use my birthday ball. Due to the missing item, the company also offered me another item from their shop and send it with the foot pump. This was rectified straight away and my replacement items came in the post the very next day. Overall, I am so pleased with the customer service and how efficiently my issue was dealt with. I have now pumped up my birthing ball, which I must say was so easy! It’s very sturdy and firm but also has cushioning so that you can freely move around on it and practice some birthing yoga.I would definitely recommend buying from this company and rest assured that if you do come across any issues, it will be dealt with and rectified straight away!

Bought this for my daughter in law as a baby shower gift. It is a very good quality ball with recommendation from the NHS. Super important as you can't take the risk of the ball bursting while you are in labour.She is currently using it to do yoga and stretches to prepare for the birth. It came with a book of exercises and suggestions of ways to use it. It will be useful during labour and after awards for postnatal exercises and bouncing on to soothe the baby.Nice size, good quality, easy to inflate and pretty colour. What's not to like?
