One thing I noticed, I used to burp a lot especially after eating. This pretty much cleared that up and I tested this theory in a not official way, just something neat. I feel like my stomach is now incinerates all things especially after alternating with other probiotics, one being just thrive, another l Rhuteri. I think this alternating combo got my gut back to pre damage era and maybe stronger and I’m now a more resilient type of skinny lmao the good kind, but still could use a few pounds but I literally can’t fit that much food in me, which is why I think this product helped so much.I’m male 30s 120lbs soaking wet, thrashed gut with alcohol and antibiotics now all better :)

I originally got this product per the advice of Jordan harbinger for bloating. I watched the video where the piece of meat literally dissolves in your stomach with the probiotic versus just stomach fluids. Take this product and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. It settles your stomach and definitely reduces bloating and helps settle in your food after eating.

I had heard awesome things about the P3OM probiotics from the Bulletproof radio podcast a while back and was really looking for ways to better digest my food. I just ran out of my 60 capsule supply and wanted to review. I didn’t notice a huge change in using this probiotic in terms of more regular gut-function. I would take 2 before every meal and before bed, however, I unfortunately didn’t notice a difference in the way I have felt this month. I also gave up Whey protein and Greek yogurt this month, which has helped tremendously, and might be a combination of this and the probiotic. I’m bummed about not seeing significant changes after taking this, but I’m sure that it’s doing something positive! Just can’t tell what it would be...

I didn't like the price but they helped me with digestion and bowel movements.

Received a bottle without any labeling on it. To compare I placed my previous order next to it. I am not sure if the pills are even the same. Will return for safety reasons.
