Great Notebook
I really like this notebook. I love the margins in the page and the boxes at the top. This is great for taking notes or having a To Do list. I didn't see any big issues with the pen bleeding through the page, even with a highlighter.

I live and die by these stupid things. For my job they are amazing!
For my job these are amazing. I can keep records of past days if I ever have to go back and cover my tail. I can schedule upcoming meetings on future days, and I can record everything that happens each day. I'm usually in a vehicle and have to make quick short notes and these books are perfect for that. They are relatively durable for sliding in and out of a briefcase. I have gotten used to these things and can't imagine life without them LOL. Most people probably do this stuff on their phones but for some reason I'm just not one of those people.

Durable and just the right size
I love this Notebook with its heavy duty cover and the layout of its (detachable) pages. Perfect for keeping minutes at board meetings and notes from important phone conversations.

Not Cambridge Limited
These are indeed Cambridge Action Planner notebooks. I have been using the Action Planner for years, for journaling, planning, writing, and taking notes. I like the format -- I find it very conducive to getting out ideas.HOWEVER, these are not the original *Cambridge Limited* action planner notebooks. The cover has a different texture. The pages are not as thick--ink bleed-through is pretty bad with the type of pen I use (rollerball). And it does not say Cambridge *Limited* on the cover (just Cambridge).I suspect that the original Cambridge Limited notebooks just aren't made any more, which is too bad, because they were wonderful. Nonetheless, these notebooks are a *good enough* approximation, and I will continue to buy them.

Perfect!
Just what I was looking for. Unlike another review stated, I am not experiencing any bleeding (Using a BIC Grip Roller). The book is a perfect size (I previously used the 8.5/11 version) Very satisfied with this purchase.

A cheap alternative to a memory lapse.
This book is full letter-size 8 1/2 x 11 that will fit nicely in a briefcase or portfolio as well as on the desk. I find the larger size that is also thinner is easier to use as you are not trying to cram the information onto a smaller document or write on a smaller pad. The binding is spiral, so it can be completely opened and folded back...and left to the current page if needed. There is just enough room to add the sick-on tabs if you want to use it that way. The cover is thin, durable vinyl that will withstand abuse much better than a paper cover for multi-year documentation. My use is to rid myself of all those little pieces of paper on my desk that remind me to do this or do that. Yeah a post works or a clip or a bulletin board, but you cannot travel with those. My left column is for a one-word title, and to the right I can explain. I can have an ongoing just of all my projects, old or new, and simply "remove" with a line through or with a highlight (my preferred method which also gives me a history.) I am a multi-tasking CFO that is all-electronic except for this which is my guide to everything else!
