I have bought this S20 case 3 times. All over a year apart. I wear them out. Great price for a year or more use to protect my phone. 1st 2 were good. Difficult to put the gel piece on the screen protector to get the fingerprint readers to work. But once I did get it on, it worked great. 3rd one came pre-attached to front cover. Took 5 minutes or less to clean phone and put into new case. Worked first time. Re-inputed fingerprints, 5 minutes later was working normal. I only bought a new one because the gel thing got dirty when I had the case off cleaning phone. [The charging port cover had broke off months before. So had to remove case about once a month to clean screen]Great product for cheap.

Just received the case today. Honestly, I ordered 3 different cases to compare (same style full protection). I chose this case because there's no plastic on it that can break, there ISN'T a hole for fingerprint sensor (if sensor is exposed how is it protected?) the sound quality is good- you can actually hear even a quiet voice-mail left (I tested listening 10 different vms to be sure) and the water test came out perfect- zero water inside the case! I have a 1 year old so I wanted the best protective case for my phone since she accidentally damaged another phone I had and didn't want the same thing to happen to my replacement phone. Although I wish there were other colors to choose from, I don't feel that is a reason to take any stars away. The only reason to get a phone case in my opinion is for protection and this exceeds all expectations I had. I would definitely recommend this case to anyone!

Protects phone from the elements including light rain but not heavy rain or underwater swimming.

This product is good if you are going to use it once or twice when getting in the water. But for everyday use I would not waste my money. The product is water proof so it is hard to hear any thing on the phone because of its insulation. I had to put all my calls in speaker just to be able to hear the caller. Also the protected film made the touch screen impossible to interact with. After a month of use I had enough and purchased a different protector. I really did give it a try but it just made everyday working of the phone impossible.

Definitely seals the phone off...a little to much unable to hear anything on the phone unless you open the charging port
