A Must-Have for a Spa Day at Home
I run an hot tub of water, pour a half bag of these wonderful flakes, and soak. These flakes have a slight aroma, it’s not an overpowering scent, and I like that. It melts away my muscle aches and pains. I take a warm shower afterwards, because when I don’t, I notice my skin gets a little dry. I love it!

Great for Back Pain and Relaxation, but Pricey
I decided to try the Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes in Forest Calm, and overall, I’m impressed. The scent is fantastic—it’s fresh and earthy, like being in a quiet forest, which made for a really calming experience. I added the flakes to a warm bath after dealing with some lower back pain, and it definitely helped ease the soreness.There are just a couple of downsides. First, while I know it’s common, the magnesium left my hands feeling pretty dried out after using it. Also, the price is on the higher side for what you get.Still, the relaxation and relief it provided made it worth trying, especially if you’re dealing with muscle tension or soreness.

Amazing product. As soon as I submerged into the water, I could feel the difference between it and normal epsom salt. This product provided immediate relaxation— wow! Just wow. Will be purchasing again!
