I love it

This is a great mouthwash for a clean mouth. I liked it so much that I switched to a stranneous flouride toothpaste. I have significant gum recession. Using PerioMed a couple of times a week was better than anything else I’ve ever tried. The bonus is that overall plaque is significantly reduced too. The flavor is a bit odd. I’m not sure I would consider it to be mint. It’s not terrible but it’s not minty at all. I use warmer water and it mixes quickly. There’s little to no foaming so swishing is not difficult. Great product for sensitive teeth.

I had a botched cleaning done a suffered a little damage on a molar plus had some gum irritation. I remembered using this year's ago after a cleaning to help my sensitivity. It worked immediately when I used it today for the first time in years. I'll be adding this to my routine. Follow the directions carefully for maximum results!

I live using this product to avoid cavity’s and to keep my teeth in good condition. However, be careful. I have sensitive teeth. After using, my teeth become increasingly more sensitive for a few days. So, I would not recommend daily use. I incorporate it occassionally into my oral hygiene routine. Also, after using you cannot drink/eat for 30 mins. The taste in your mouth is not good. It is doable, but it is a bit nasty. I will say the results are great. I would recommend this product which says a lot. It really works if you want strong teeth, and cavity protection.
