There are two size options described: S/M and L/XL. If your knee is like my own and at the 15" upper limit for the M band, do not order S/M; I received a "S," as it was so labeled, but I was able to return it and get the larger size. The L/XL, labeled as "L," is larger but fits well enough to work. Go larger when ordering.The properly fitting strap, albeit slightly large, has the silicone pad that evenly disperses pressure and does very well to alleviate pain and allow for rehabilitation/PT efforts ... much better than many competitors. It is a good product and they have responsive customer service.

It is a very good product with a good idea. WHile it works it does the job supporting the knee cap plus it's not bulky. However the side straps where the velcro attaches is too short , they get worn out sooner than expected and would get detached often becoming anoying. I would love this product if they fix this.

Brace works well, feels good. I've had it a year now and the velcro isn't as sticky but its still wearable.

I use this for both my long and short runs and hold well during my runs. Not uncomfortable and my knee feels good while on and during runs

I have used the cheap ones, and these are worth the extra cost! I’m a runner recovering from severe patella tendinitis. This supports my patella and allows me to run pain free. It does not stretch out after multiple wears like the cheaper ones, so I expect it to last much longer.
