Excellent small light therapy lamp.
I can not write a detailed review about the effectiveness of this product, because the algorithms employed here would see that as making unfounded health claims and not allow my review through. I will just say that the manufacturers claims regarding acne treatment do appear accurate from my experience. Regarding the lamp itself: it is easy to use. It's small size means you are really just treating a small area of skin about 6x8cms rather than the whole face as with a mask, but this is exactly what I wanted. After prior lengthy research, I found this unit offers pretty much the best wavelengths of blue (415nm) and red 630nm) light. The addition of some 660nm reds would have made it perfect! I followed the instructions regarding charging from empty the first few times, and It is now running for 169 minutes before it stops. I think almost 3 hours is impressive from such a small and lightweight unit. Personally I would recommend this therapy light.

seems to work to stop cold sores and heal faster
Same intensity of red light as ones for cold sore treatment but cheaper.

Broke after 2 weeks
I loved this for the first two weeks - it is a great form factor and seemed to be working well. Unfortunately, yesterday the lights started flickering after 30 seconds of use. It now flickers for 15 seconds, then turns off completely. I've left it plugged in overnight, so I don't think it's a charge issue.Good product until it broke. I can't get a replacement via Amazon either. Not sure what to do. I guess will have to buy an alternative brand

Highly dubious
I was very disappointed with the brightness of the device, especially after reading several reviews which talk about its extreme brightness. The blue LEDs were pretty pathetic. If you look directly at them it is dazzling, but no more than that. I've got small cheap bicycle lights which are far brighter! The idea that you need eye protection to use it is laughable. I rated the likelihood of it doing anything at all for my skin as being close to zero so I returned it for a refund.
