I bought the Revs flip flops earlier in the summer and thought they were great, so thought I would try the in-soles now I have moved to wearing shoes and boots for winter. I am on my feet a lot and get pain in the ball of my foot but I find these really supportive. It says on the box that you would need to cut them to fit your shoes - I didn't need to but don't think it would be a problem, you wouldn't lose any of the nodules. It only took me a day or two to get used to the flip flops so it was fine moving to these in-soles. I would highly recommend these, lovely company to deal with - they are very happy to help.

I have plantar fasciitis so I’m used to having endless problems with my feet. I was a bit unsure about ordering these insoles but, out of desperation, I decided to give them a go and I’m glad I did. I’ve been remodelling my garden this year and have spent a lot of time on my feet, both walking back and forth and standing for hours, something that usually makes my feet very uncomfortable. These insoles really helped. I had to trim them to fit my trainers but that was easy to do. They felt a bit odd at first but, after a few days of wear, I forgot about them. At the end of the day, my feet don’t ache and I don’t feel the old impatience to just sit down and take the weight off my feet. That’s a great result for me!

Upside: work as required and as similar items bought in previous years. they are robust and are likely to lastDownside: as they are robust (and quite thick) they do not fit in all my footwear as they take up too much room. I can't afford to replace all my shoes!

Bought these as I’m on my feet all day they are amazing, when I get home from work my feet don’t feel like I’ve been to work also the swelling in my feet that I was getting has gone. Before when I got home from work after sitting down for a while I would feel stiffness in my hips and legs when I got up, this has completely gone. I have Raynaud’s 3 of my toes always felt stiff & not right now they feel completely normal. The insoles are quite flat so i put them over the insoles in my shoes, they are really comfy even though they look painful. Would recommend worth buying.

Comfy design and comes with lines to cut the insole down to size, should it be too long. The only problem is that it makes shoes very tight inside (not length-wise, but vertically), so you either need to remove the existing inner and replace it with the massage one, or wear very thin socks.

Dont try wearing these for a whole day straight off, get used to them ove a few days but then you'll wonder how you lived without them. These are brilliant for a day on your feet, my legs are never so tired after a long day with these on compared to without. Really love them, especially with a barefoot shoe, then you get the best of all worlds imo, flexibility with a foot massage.

Please don’t waste your money...I was expecting something superior given the price tag they do nothing remarkable. You are better off sticking to the clear plastic semi spiked ones for under a fiver they work the best. These are like the emperors new clothes. They make no sense what so ever what are the round edged semi soft bumps actually meant to do? They certainly aren’t deep enough to have an impact, you will on occasion mildly feel they are there or be aware of them and even then you have to push your foot right into them plus they are somewhat bulky so fill out even a generous boot making it much tighter and uncomfortable all day long!! Returned for refund.

2 reasons I had to return themFirstly the smell is so overwhelming it really is strong. It would no doubt intensify when they warm up.Secondly they didn't offer the support I thought they would. Maybe in time you would get used to the" walking on pebbles " feeling but to be honest I couldn't get past the smell.
