DONG RHYME 2 in 1 Lash Lift Kit can use for eyebrow both eyelash, you could try a tester first if you are sensitive to a lot of things and then use for eyebrow(video shows is the effect for eyebrow), and then use for eyelash.

Q: Does it work on blonde brows or have a light colored tent?

It’s to curl your eyelashes not to tint them.

Q: Are the result immediate or will they look more curled after 24 hours?

The results are immediate, however you won’t want to get them wet at all for at least 24 hours. I usually wait 48 hours to get them wet. I avoid washing my face, putting makeup on and showering until the 48 hour is up. They will last so much longer when you wait the 48 hours to get the wet.

It’s just something that helps condition your eyelashes after perming them. Only use it right after you finish perming. Wait at least 24 hours to get lashed wet in any way after you perm them.
