Toss your water bowls/old water fountains
TLDR: Quiet. Easy to clean and maintain. Simple functionality, sleek design, and lasts. Replacement filters or parts? Easy to find and inexpensive. And most importantly, cat approved! (3 cat home, all females and of course they all have different preferences on everything *insert eye roll.*)I originally bought a newer (?) or “fancier” model of this, the cordless because I thought that may come in handy but never really ended up using that. So, when my dog passed and I could downsize the shared water fountain on the main level to a smaller size, I wanted to get another one of these. This version is less expensive, and built almost exactly the same except you can’t go cordless. I really wanted the quick-view of seeing the water level. So actually, it was 2 pros and no cons for me. When I got this, I was pleased that it was interchangeable on my cordless version, and all the extra filters I currently have stocked work for both versions.I just ordered a third! I decided to get this version again, the corded model with “clear” base. The girls have been going through a fight-y stage so I figure it could help to have another water station. Plus it makes taking a long weekend easy, two would be fine but peace of mind for in having a third.Additional pros: +I love the actual dish being stainless steel. The cats enjoy that and it’s pretty easy to clean. We have well water and our water softener broke recently- I had to scrub some of the build up off the plastic parts (recommend scrub daddy products, or a good bristle brush), but the tray was easy with steel wool or those SOS pads. And it was easy to find and buy another filter thing (the one that sits in the bottom) cuz I just wasn’t sure how/if that couple of weeks of hard water did any damage or not. +I also have the world’s dumbest cat who thinks she needs to bury her food and water… and really that just means knock over her bowls. She hasn’t managed to knock this over even if it’s low. I think maybe she dislodged it from the charger plate once? But I keep them in a little tray next to a wall and have had no issues. +I’m sensitive to noisy electronics and while this does have a sort of hum, it’s nothing I can hear from my bedroom or living room that would drive me batty.Cons: -Yes, the top filter part is kind of hard to pull apart but after you get it the first time you know you’re not going to break it and get the feel for it after that. -And there’s probably some other design things like a little nook or cranny that sometimes bothers me when cleaning but overall, this is the only one I can get to an almost like-new status (particularly after the hard water issue). And no, I’m not great at changing and cleaning every 2 weeks, so yes, that’s important bc you’re probably not perfect either. ;)Hopefully that’s a thorough enough review! Best pet water fountain I’ve owned. Wish they made a larger version for when we had our big doggo. First one has lasted like over a year so far? And on my third just to spoil these masters I serve.(Both versions pictured but the bases are flip flopped, fyi)

No more slimy filters!
I -love- this water bowl. My cat is ALL about running water, and I am all about NOT hearing it. The cost was great, about half the price of similar models. It runs smoothly and silently. It plugs in on a wireless base so there is an active wire IN the water, which has always made me SO nervous. No leaking that I've seen. It's pretty clean running and there is a filter right in the top and a small one by the internal filter, but it looks like there wont be a mountain of slimy parts to navigate, which his old water dish did. Its pretty sturdy and durable, the base is plastic as is the spout, but the bowl itself is stainless steel.

ABSOLUTE MUST FOR CATS
This is the second one I have purcashed as I have just recently moved. I absolutely love the petlibro fountain. My cats love it so much. I've never had an issue with cleaning it either. It takes about 10 minutes or so for a nice deep clean where I take everything apart but it's super easy to assemble which I do at least every 2 weeks, where I also switch out the filters. As long as you give it a quick rinse every week or so you shouldn't have any issues. I typically rinse it out whenever I fill up the water. I do have one mischevious girl who likes to randomly knock the whole bowl off the dock so it's definitely a possibility but I blame her not the company for that. I noticed keeping it near a wall helps. Definitely buy a mat to put under it just in case of any spills from the cats.

Works great, my cat loves it
Fountain works great. I have a diabetic kitty who's in remission now, and being able to keep an eye on his water intake is crucial. I love that I can run the fountain all day or have it turn on in 15 min intervals (although i wish I could adjust it to different intervals. ie: every 30 min ect.) It's super quiet and filters pretty well. The app is ok. You don't have to pay for premium in order to use the fountain (although you do if you have some of the feeders) i also like that it connects multiple devices. It alerts you when your pet drinks water and tells you how much, alerts you when it's time to clean it, when it's time to replace the filter. And if it becomes disconnected (which i havent had a problem with so far). Filters aren't toooo terribly expensive. Super easy to clean and replace filters. Easy to set up and connect to app. My cat likes to play in his water and often tries to get in the sink or bathtub to drink the dripping water. He loves this. Gives me a little peace of mind since I constantly worry about him.

Aesthetic, quiet, easy to use water fountain
Sleek, effective water fountain! My kitten didn’t use it at first because it was a bit too tall for her but now that she’s 3 months, she uses it all the time! I love how quiet it is and how easy it is to clean. It also just looks great in the living room. It’s great that the cord is chew-proof as well.

Leaking issue
I've been waiting to upgrade my basic cat water fountain to this one for a long time. After a month of use, I can say I am a bit disappointed about its performance especially for the high price point. The petlibro water fountain has a leaking problem where water pools underneath the battery platform. I got water damage on my wood floors. I placed a tray underneath the fountain to prevent future water damage, but I'm nervous about water pooling near the wire port connection site. Wish there was a better solution :(I like that cleaning and refilling the bowl is easy.

Decent and easy to clean water fountain
My one cat loves drinking out of this water fountain and I love how easy it is to clean. I just wish the filters didn't need to be changed every two weeks, that gets pricey very quickly when all my other water fountains have been monthly. I like knowing my baby is drinking but he can create a bit of a mess due to the top tray design. Hold a lot of water and I like the white color so I can keep an eye on the water level.
