I received my scanner at the end of September. I used it about a half a dozen times and it seemed to work fine. I went to turn it on a couple of weeks ago and it wouldn't turn on. I checked the cable and found that it actually melted. I tested the adapter and instead of 20 volts I'm seeing 3.5 volts. So the cable and adapter are both faulty. I reached out to the manufacturer several times and have never heard back from anyone. I spent $450 on a scanner that I can't use. Very disappointed.

Absolutely love the quality the style the versatility of being able to take it on the go with me wherever I go if an idea strikes iv got my 3d printer scanner safely in its beautiful protective case. 10/10 imo this is a must have. So pleased with my purchase! Nice scanner really impressed.
