i don't often write reviews, but when i do, it's because something is really good and i'm super excited to tell everyone about it! i ordered this because my posture is terrible, and i wanted to try to correct it on my own before visiting a doctor where i would probably have to spend $$$. when this arrived, i was having a potluck that evening and when i opened the package, all my friends tried it before i got a chance. for reference, my friends are ~6feet tall/225lbs so i thought they might just squish the fulcrum, but it's actually very sturdy. they liked it so much they wanted to take it home! i like that it's stiff and NOT memory foam type because i would just sink into the memory foam, which is counterproductive. i've used the fulcrum under my neck and at the lumbar/lower back area while lying on the floor and it's really helped to stretch out my muscles and everything around it. since i haven't paid much attention to my posture, as i get older i'm starting to get sore in several places, so this fulcrum has also helped my body re-learn good posture as i'm lying on it and when i'm standing/sitting. love it!

I am a much hotter, less misshapen American female Quasimodo. I had the perfect very firm lumbar pillow I'd sleep with under my tailbone to "pop" my spine back into place , but somehow managed to lose a lumbar pillow inside my home. Regular pillows, stacks of pillows, pillows with towels wrapped around them etc just didn't cut it. Bought this as I hunched over my laptop moaning about my back spasms in a french accent. It does the trick over a period of a few nights, but not as good as that MIA pillow. I sleep with it right under my butt so gravity/pressure/magic whatever seems to force my spine back into alignment. It's that good kind of pain in the morning where you test whether you can still move your legs, but you can. Do I advise you to do it this way? Not without consulting a doctor. Sleeping with it under my swaybacked-lower back doesn't seem to do anything. But again, I am curvy in the wrong places. Using it in the proper placement as advertised may work for a good stretch for regular folks. It's firm without being a yoga block. I manage to fall asleep while suspended on it. Is it comfortable? It's really not meant to be

Best back support ever! Very firm but doesn't hurt my back at all. Very nice feeling when relaxing my back it also helps my backache A LOT!! The height is just perfect - at first I thought it would be too low but not at all it's perfect height. Material is awesome - very firm but soft to not hurt our muscle whey laying on it. The weight is very very light and I'm planning to bring it for travel overseas. I definitely cannot live without this anymore I really wanted to buy 3 more for stock up in case they discontinue it :):)

I'm still trying to figure out the best way to use this when I need to decompress my spine. Mine didn't come with instructions or suggested exercises, so I find myself placing it under the affected area and laying my arms back over my head. This provides some relief.

I literally love this pillow. Takes a little bit getting used to so go slow at first but it took my lower back pain AWAY!I use it every day now and for me, no more lower back pain!!

I was paying to use these at the chiropractor but now I can use it at home and re-purpose the saved money on more adjustments.

A product similar to this one was recommended by my chiropractor. The removable/washable cover is a nice addition as I like to keep all my things clean. The foam is very firm and hasn't deformed at all from 4 straight days of 15 minutes per day use. The instructions aren't the best but give a decent starting point. I watched a few videos on youtube to learn more positions and exercises.This is by no means a cure all product but definitely a useful tool to have for those who want to try and restore their lumbar curve or have lower back pain.
