Very convenient for food recipes or just eating it instead of buying whole tamarind.
Tamarind paste is really good. Convenient for cooking recipes and has a nice smell to it. Also is worth the money because you can just eat it which is easier than buying tamarind's whole to eat.

Excellent Quality taste/ Dumb packaging: Box doesn’t say Tamarind, says “Cooking Paste”
Super dumb packaging, so I thought I received the wrong item and was afraid to open it as I wanted to be able to return it. Even one of the stickers on the plastic packaging says “Rani Organics Indian Chutney”. I eventually ended up seeing their small sticker that read “ATTENTION this is Tamarind paste as you ordered…” So, yeah they know their packaging is dumb. However, the product is crazy delicious so all is forgiven.

the paste had hulls in it
the itself was ok but there were quite a few hulls of the tamarind mixed all through the bar
