I love this ear piece!
I really like this ear piece! It fit's so snugly to my ear. It came in a shiny black hard plastic case with a form fitted inset to keep it in. I like that I can keep it in there so it doesn't get lost or damaged laying around.The instruction's are very simple to follow. After charging which did not take long at all. I tried it on it say's that it is powered on and when it is connected to my iphone so there was nothing that made me unsure about what I should do. I made a call and the sound is very clear I used the function button's to mute and turn the volume up it was easy to use with out having to look at the ear piece to find the button I wanted!I would definitely recommend this Bluetooth head set!

if you need noise canceling look elsewhere
while on calls the other party has issues with my background noise. If you mute then turn mute off noise cancellation does work for a few minutes. Next issue it the lag time between my talking then hearing the other party is slow. Causing loss of replies and miscommunication. Battery life is very good. I was amazed how fast it charges

five stars for the price alone. quality of sound is decent. mic is decent, good battery life
five stars for the price, overall the sound quality is good, but the device is very delicate, it can easily break, if not careful. its not a snug fit, feels loose on the ear, i tried similar devices in the past that were tight on the ear. overall its decent for the price, but its a little fragile so use with caution if you want it to last long.

Waste of money
I used it for slightly over a month then it suddenly stopped working.

It doesn't work for more devices and it doesn't work with eescription is very misleading!
I didn't know that it can't connect to only one device and I'll keep it though it doesn't connect to my two devices.
