Does what a ladle should
This ladle works well. The bowl is the right size for soup, which is why I bought it. The bowl color is a light grey (I thought it might be white, but it's not). The handle is acacia wood, according to the description, and that looks right and give the tool a more elegant look. The silicone of the bowl extends up to meet the wooden handle, which is good, because that keeps the wood out of the soup for the most part. Because of the wood handle, I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher, so hand washing is needed (hence the 4 stars on the easy to clean rating). The shopping experience with the seller was great--I got the ladle the next day!

This ladle is exactly what I need. It is the perfect size and the quality is better than I expected. It is sturdy, slick, easy to clean.

Pretty but small
All my cookware are nonstick so I needed a ladle that is not metal and damages the cookware. This ladle is pretty and has the perfect angle for deep pots. The only downside is that it’s a bit small.

Exactly what I needed
I've been using my instant pot like crazy lately and my makeshift ladle (a measuring cup) just isn't cutting it. I ordered this product and was very satisfied with the purchase. It's is super cute and works well so far.

Very attractive and works well
This is very attractive, I liked it so well I ordered the full set of utensils! I fact, my 19 year old son walked into the kitchen and said, is that a new ladle? If a 19 year old guy notices, it must look great! It also works very well.

Handwashed, but silicon separated from wood within a month.
It's no longer useful after a month despite being hand washed. The silicone portion is separated from the wood and can no longer be used. I do not recommend it.Edit: Chefa USA refunded my order. I may consider ordering a similar product from them due to their customer service. However, I will have reservations on a product where silicone is attached to wood.

Works for me
I’ve only been using this product for a short time, so I cannot speak to long-term durability, but it has held up after a few hand washes (I don’t have a dishwashing machine) which other products have not done. I love the wooden handle which stays smooth and the ladle head is a decent size, smaller than my last ladle, but fine for me. I never noticed any strong smells. I can’t think of any other details, but it works for me and I like it.

It smells!
When I washed this new ladle in hot soapy water (I don't have a dishwasher) I noticed a strong artificial smell. When the ladle dried it smelled fine. Wondering if it was a one-time thing I tried again twice with very hot water. Yes, it smells, not as strongly as before, but it seems to smell when heated up. I wanted a ladle to use with hot soup and stew in my non-stick pot, but I won't be using this one for food.
