These are the absolute BEST! We have the white blackout ones and they REALLY do work fantastic! We moved into our house that didn’t have blinds and I was literally getting blinded by the sun in the morning. These were so easy to install, just 2 screws for me and they go up and down perfectly. The first night they did want to ride up an inch or two, but the more I use them, the better it stays down (we don’t have any issues anymore). My only complaint is that some of the different sizes take some time to come in. But that’s just first world problems.

Its does what advertised and love the options of 2 color. Easy to install and love it.

I bought the white blackout shades for my bedroom, and they do what I needed them to do. A couple of things I wish I'd known:The white looks a little gray because of the blackout lining. It does a good job of keeping out the light though. Some comes it around the edges, but I haven't found a blackout shade yet that doesn't do that.If you're doing an inside mount, you need about 1 1/8" minimum depth for the mounting hardware. The headrail of these shades is about 1 5/8" deep. I have pretty shallow windows, so this could have been a problem.The headrails have plastic caps on the ends that add 1/16" to each side (1/8" total). I have 35" wide windows and ordered the 35" wide shades, but I had to take the plastic caps off to make them fit. They look a little unfinished this way, but I doubt anyone but me would notice.

My shade arrived covered in dust and cardboard fibers. I had to take it outside and blast it with compressed air to get all of the garbage off of it. Annoying that a "new" product would arrive that dirty.The most annoying part is the mounting bracket. Despite more than half of the product photos showcase this being mounted inside the window box, the mounting brackets were clearly designed to be mounted on the wall around the window. There is a single mounting hole on each bracket for when you need to mount inside the window box. First, this means the brackets can swivel which is annoying. Second, it is a single round hole meaning no adjustment like the elongated two holes you get when mounting on the wall. Lastly you effectively get half of the mounting strength due to the fact that you only get a single mounting hole per bracket. I have serious doubts that this will hold up over time from the force of pulling the shade down as the single point of mount is in the same plane as the force being applied, unlike the wall mount where the holding strength is perpendicular to the force plane. Sure, you can make it work and it will probably work for a while. But realistically, there should be two elongated mounting holes for the inside mount the same as there is for the wall mount. And they should be located in that massive area of metal between the actual mounting mechanism and the ugly "L" that continues to hang down, as opposed to right in the middle of the articulating mount space. The dual fixture would easily provide more than enough holding strength to counteract the slight offset, and would make for a more rounded and thought-out product.As for the blind material, we'll see. Considering the amount of fibers in the packaging which I presume a great amount of was from the shade material itself shedding off, I have concerns over how long this can hold up to not only being raised and lowered, but just plain sun exposure over time. Will update if anything groundbreaking happens.

Easy to trim to fit exactly. Blinds are beautiful in my angled dormer windows.

Great concept, blocks light also. My issue is it’s crooked no matter what I do. It will not rest in window ledge and it’s crooked at the bottom. Not sure there is a solution
