My husband I both wear these helmets and love them. We do not like full face and this provides excellent coverage without suffocating us. I recently replaced his with this online purchase and was very happy. He originally bought the flat black which I would not recommend. After about a year the surface turned sticky and very unsightly so he now uses the gloss black.

I swear, I kept having to touch the face shield. The viewing radius was completely unhindered. Looking up was the only time I even saw the edge of the helmet. It was so comfortable (I did have to buy a pad for the top of my head. the front kept sitting on top of my glasses) and I loved the ease of the ratchet chin strap. Not yet sure about the switch for the sun visor (situated on the left bottom next to the chin). I definitely would recommend this to a friend.

This helmet is good for the low price. It's relatively comfortable and fits well. I mostly like that it has a very long shield compared to most 3/4 helmets. When all the way down it covers my face fully. The sun visor works well. It's a little difficult to flip down, but not impossible.

as a 72 yr old I use it as a tornado warning protective aid since my home has no good safe place. Most traumas are head traumas. I sit nestled in my heavy power recliner and sing "I'll Fly Away". My sons know what color of helmet to look for. Plan to put some reflective décor on it.

Inexpensive cheaply built one snap for inner liner broken from manufacturers. Not much padding around neck. Poor ventilation. First open face helmet so I will try it for awhile. Just to see if I like the style, with scala bluetooth set up. Not bery good for boom microphone as no real smooth place to mount... So cheap the styrofoam broke putting it on. Thankful for Amazon’s return policy.

This helmet is just a large shell with extra padding in an attempt to fit smaller heads. A big fail! It will center your head in the shell to the point the inner sun shield only came down to my eyebrows.Not to mention the additional weight of the extra padding and oversize shell puts undue stress on your neck while riding.

Wore this helmet this week for the first time and a liner is coming loose and hanging down in my field of vision. Also feel that it is either too small for me (but I've worn this size in another helmet for years) or made differently so that it presses on my ears so hard that my glasses leave an indent in my head and give me a headache. Gave it one star because I do like the drop down sun visor.

I was looking for a bike helmet with a shield and this looked perfect and is. It's definitely more confining than an open bike helmet but it's made for light motor driven scooters and motorbikes. Given the virus I wanted more protection and it turns out it's comfortable, made very well and was delivered sooner than predicted which these days in very unusual.
