These are the best that I’ve found so far with accurate sizes and securement. Others that I have had come loose very easily.

Love these! They are a little longer so it's not as hard to screw them in as some are. Good quality and very pretty!

I love these earrings! They are perfect for leaving in your ears since they are Titanium and will not tarnish or harm your piercings. The back of the earrings are flat and comfortable so you can sleep without even noticing you have earrings on. They are thicker than most earrings so keep that in mind, they might not fit easily at first if you've only ever worn regular 18G or higher earrings. The fronts screw in and they are really tiny so that might be hard for someone with poor vision or not very nimble fingers. UPDATE: I have lost the middle earring, it fell out sometime today and I can't find it. :( I had it screwed in all of the way so it must have worked itself unscrewed. The back is still on but it will easily fall out without the front to keep it in place. I may have to reorder just the 8mm diamond. (P.S. my daith is brand new which is why it's red and swollen lmao)

They are simple and Elegant

Got these to help heal a forward helix on the top. Already have a helix underneath that is healed. Titanium is supposed to be good for healing. The only major issue I’ve had with these piercings is that the prongs on the rings (near the jewel) tend to get caught on everythinggggg. They should be sanded down or something before mailing to us. It gets caught on my hair, bed sheets, shirts, anything in that area. And of course my upper ear touches a lot more fabrics than you may think of. At first I thought it was the piercing placement itself but then I realized It’s the prongs on the piercing. Plus idk how to tell if this is helping heal/real titanium 100%. The size is long enough for my forward helix which is good because the other one was too short. It’s just hard to get it in because of the placement of the helix but I got It in using a piercing stretcher thing (looks like a needle)

So I usually dont leave reviews BUT these earrings are amazing. I used them for my first, second, and third lobe holes and they are amazing. I have such and allergy to metal so I was very skeptical on trying getting them but for the price it was worth a shot. They are a little time consuming and difficult to put in, but theyre worth it if you’re willing to put the time into it. For 15 years I have never been able to sleep comfortably on my ears with earrings in until now. The only thing I wish was different is the smallest ones being a bit bigger but thats okay.

These are so small the top part the diamond that screws on is so tiny you can't get it into the bar it took me a hour to screw this tiny top onto the bar I have a monroe piercing and by the time I did get it on my lip was so red and irritated it was bleeding not worth the money I spent on it if my review does make it on here just keep in mind these are super smal and very unlikely to fit into any face piercing maybe not even ears as they are 3 different sizes
