I had the idea to make home made heated cat pillows. So I did. I made 4. 2 pillows/ room, 2 heaters/pillow. I used these heaters. I bought these 9/2023. Today is 3/15/25 and I just realized how FLAT two of the pillows are (made them different ways to test out the models). Then I checked how long they've been running for.YALL. One of my cats is 16. He's always cuddly so I leave one on all the time just in case he ever gets cold in his old bones, even in summer.I bought THESE SPECIFICALLY because they didn't have an auto shut off that I would have to keep turning back on all the time, plus they weren't a fire hazard.LET ME TELL YOUTHE FLATTEST OF THE FLAT ONES THAT HAS BEEN COVERED IN SO MUCH CAT HAIR THAT IT NEARLY IS ANOTHER AUTONOMOUS CAT:Has been powered on, and running 24/7 with no interruptions since 10/2023.And it's still going. Perfectly fine.All of the other 3 are obviously still working, too.Like, holy poop WTF.It's not AS warm as it used to be, but like gawt daymn, I don't blame it one bit for losing a little spice after a year and a half of straight stamina.I'm not sure "durable" covers "you can plug it in and it'll run for a year and a half straight without any problems, interruptions, dangers, or issues. And continue running into the foreseeable future."

Excellent heating pads for pups! I have 2 Russian Toys who get cold at night during summer. Purchased 2 of these pads and 2 pillow cases to make a comfy bed for them during nights when AC may be too cool for them. The low setting warms them up nicely and the pads stay on all night. I used a timer to keep the pads on for 6 hours. Great product!

Great size heats up fast cord is short but its much better then the ones with fabric on it. I had one of these from 89 and it died in 2018 so this one is almost identical to one i had but same quality and my first one lasted me 30 yrs before it stopped getting hot, would only get warm so i tossed it and it took me a long time (6/7 years to be exact) to find the exact same kind and Amazon had the best deal

I buy these heating pads specifically bc the don’t turn off automatically. I use them for the poor stray kitty outside in the winter. I put it underneath a bunch of soft blankets inside of a big cardboard box so that the heat stays inside. I had it under the winter without once turning it off. I’ve done this for years and never had a problem with any of them overheating

It is a decent size , there is no timer which i love!The medium setting is plenty hot, but during that time of the month i absolutely love the high setting- but be careful it is HOT. It has the softness of a hospital bed, but definitely worth the money.

They don’t make heating pads that stay on anymore. I absolutely loved this for my outside cat during the winter. He was able to stay warm. It was very soft perfect size for his little cat house. The cover can be washed. Great quality still works can definitely use it next winter.

I got it to keep kittens warm. It’s good enough. Needed a heating bad without auto shutoff. But if you want a heating bad that gets really warm or hot, this is not it. High heat is basically medium.

I bought this to make a brooder for some chicks because it doesn’t turn off. Worked perfectly—they’re a month old now!
