Miracle Toothbrush for Severe Gum Disease
I get the negative reviews. I really do. If you're a normal person with healthy gums, or even mild gingivitis, then I honestly wouldn't recommend this toothbrush. The bristles are too densely packed and fine, incapable of cleaning between teeth or scouring off plaque and tartar. It definitely does not function like a regular toothbrush that we're all used to.So you may be thinking, ok, so what is the point in buying this if it isn't going to do what you need it to do? And I say this: this toothbrush likely isn't going to cut it for the average consumer. But this toothbrush is an absolute miracle if you're like me and have severe gum disease. The kind whereby even the most "extra soft" conventional toothbrush is painful to use, even when brushing gently. My most painful area is the hard palate, right behind my front teeth. It's a vicious circle: I need to brush there to strengthen my gums, but brushing is painful so I avoid that spot. Look, I've been dealing with gum disease and bone loss for years, and I must have tried every toothbrush on the market. None of them were pain-free and resulted in my continuing neglect of the painful areas. This toothbrush was literally the cure. No joke, the first time I used it I had NO gum or palate pain. I honestly couldn't believe it! Needless to say, it helped tremendously in getting my gums back to a state where they're now healthy enough to handle an extra soft conventional toothbrush. There is definitely a market for this kind of toothbrush. This is who I think would really love it:1) I consider this to be more of a gum brush than a toothbrush. People with extremely sensitive and/or painful gums I think will really appreciate the comfort these nano bristles provide. This need not be your permanent toothbrush... Just step one in the process of gum recovery. When your gums get stronger, you can graduate up to a more conventional brush.2) People who brush more than the average person that may be experiencing damage to their enamel. Or, if you NEED to brush your teeth immediately before or after eating which isn't recommended since brushing temporarily damages enamel for around 30 minutes or so leaving your teeth prone to tooth decay. Firm isn't always better when it comes to preserving enamel.Yes, like I said, it isn't really an ideal toothbrush if you're looking for what you're used to. It's not a one-and-done tool. It's still absolutely necessary to floss and mouth rinse to separate anything stuck between your teeth. If you were already doing those things anyway, then this toothbrush shouldn't be that much of a leap from what you'd expect. It's just weird at first because of how soft and densely packed the bristles are.

Please read for gum and tooth health!
The bristles are perfect for brushing. If you have problems with receding gum line from brushing too hard on a regular basis, this will be a game-changer.At first i was skeptical when using such a soft brush, because I always thought hard bristles could scrape the plaque off your teeth, but I was wrong. It can do serious damage to your enamel and gums.First, trying out the brush it felt like rubbing a wet cotton ball in my mouth, extremely uncomfortable, but after a few days of brushing with it I didn’t even notice. Now i am able to feel the bristles and I can tell i’m more sensitive to the feel of the brush, which is a good thing! you’ll get used to it.****HERES THE IMPORTANT PART****I had to use another tooth brush when sleeping over at a friends house, it was a regular Hard bristle brush, in comparison to the soft brush it was so prickly and hurt my teeth and gums so much- I can’t believe I used to go ham on my teeth with those Hard Bristle brushes !!I definitely recommend getting this to protect your gums from deteriorating!!! You never know the damage and roughness you’re giving your mouth unless you compare having a hard and soft tooth brush!!!TRUST ME, these WILL clean your teeth, along with flossing :)(cons: the package looked like they just threw the brushes in a dusty box. had to brush off the dust well and soak the brush i was gonna use in mouth wash to make sure it was sanitized.)

Tiny brush head. 4.5
This is a cute tooth brush. I feel like the head is small. I went from a normal sized medium brush head to a large one recently and hated it. So I moved on to this one and it's quite small. I rather it too small than too large...but still. The head is the length of my thumb nail. That's crazy. The bristles are crazy compact and soak up tooth paste while you brush so one, you have to wash it out very thorough, and two, I'm now storing it with a paper towel to prevent over exposure to water. I feel like the brush head will have issues with "longevity". But that's what we're clearly looking for in this product...the bristles. The bristles really are smooth and hardly feel like brushing. More like polishing. It makes me wonder if we've been brushing our teeth the wrong way all this time. I don't know about you but I have a sensitive mouth and normally stay on the softer side of bristles. So this is just the extreme side of that.Over all it's a lovely product. My 4 star review is only because of the tiny size of the brush head. In all honesty it's more like 4.5 stars to be fair.

So soft!
These toothbrushes are so soft and work great for my sensitive teeth and sensitive gums. The bristles are quite densely packed together, so even though each individual bristle is extremely soft, the fact that they are packed together so tightly ensures they really clean the teeth and get between all the teeth.

Bristles are way too soft and fine.
Oh, and the toothbrushes are tiny - about 2/3 the size of a regular toothbrush. The bristles are ultra fine and it feels like rubbing a ball of cotton on my teeth. I was hoping for something a bit different I guess (after reading their description).I wouldn't suggest these for adults, but if you're a parent brushing new teeth in an infant - this is probably the brush for you - these would probably work really well for teething babies with a bunch of new teeth coming in.
