Keith is definitely the real thing, been there done that kind of guy. If you don't know him, go to his website: [...] and check some of his videos and audio resources.I'm a young CEO of an Israeli start up and also a voracious reader of business books.I bought this book as I was trying to gain knowledge about all things related to investment at a time when my company was looking for funding.I got to say, this book provided me with a first-class information on all the basics I needed to know.Funny thing was, when I went to meetings with VCs and Angels, it was amazing to see that they responded, ask questions, and were focused on things - exactly, but I mean, exactly - as Keith described they would in his book.The book is well structured, giving you professional information on business building and investments from the ground up.I took 3 pages of notes from this book, really great stuff (especially the "investors hot buttons" part).All I can say is, if you are in a point where you plan or just started a new business,and you plan to make it a long term, profitable, sustainable success - this book is a must for you."The ultimate goal is not to get your deal financed. It's to finance a good deal".

Keith Cunningham is a wealth master, a Mentor and able to deliver the answers to many buring business financial questions inside this book. Take risks and rebound from mistakesThe rest of the book is simply a MBA in learning how to access other people's money, how to build your business structure and sell the deal to who else, your investors. Anthony Robbins has it spot on in the foreward, "there are consistent, logical patterns of action, specific pathways to excellence, that are within the reach of us all", this book will highlight your steps to building wealth. After reading this book and having the enjoyment of attending a Keith Cunningham seminar I feel he is like a 'Rich Dad' to me. Thanks Keith.

I’ve taken some of Keith’s live training and this book is just as good. If you are a founder of a startup and are considering raising your first round of funding, this book is for you. Having read the book at nearly the same time as doing due diligence for a series A, the content is spot on.The book is written for a founder who is at the stage of writing a business plan. I am three years into running a startup, but find the information helpful for early stage or late stage startups.

Have owned and started 5 companies from scratch, as well as assisted in Dozens of startups, if you're not reading Keith's books, or better yet, reading them and attending his seminars, you are missing out. Could have saved myself years of agony and pain, as well as found far more success than I did if I had come into Keith sooner in life. Like getting a "real" MBA in a fraction of the time. Learned a lot along the way, but Keith puts it into simple English, think of him as a John Madden of Finance. Great material.

The more I read this book, the more stupid I feel, the more stupid I feel, the more desire I have to learn, therefore the more intelligent I become. Keith’s humor and wisdom is contained in every chapter of this book. This book is a fountain of wisdom! Thank you Keith!
