Excellent pruner. #2 fits a larger hand

I hide this SO THAT it is always ready for my use. I let the wife use cheaper (gut-bucket) shears because she cuts and twists messing up the shears. This cut straight through and one need not twist the shears because they cut through without leaving residual material that needs pulling and twisting. I like the leather sheath and the magnetic attachment. I hang this on the far side of my toolbox, out of sight from the eyes of my impetuous wife who will grab at any tool and over-power them in usage requiring me to fix or replace.JUST SAYING, these shears will last a long time in the hands of a gardener versus just a person full of prunes!

Just what I needed. Very sharp, easy one handed locking.

Sharp clean cut and workmanship is top notch. However, I’m not convinced that it’s significantly superior in quality and durability to pruners (Fiskars, for example) that cost much less. This is why I could not give it five stars.

Purchased this for my son who is a landscape designer because it’s his favorite small pruner at work. The quality of the cut far exceeds any pruner from a retail store. It’s comfortable to use and should not rust if cared for properly after each use.

I have the purchased both the Felco F2 and the Felco 2. They are exactly the same. I contacted Felco directly and they confirmed that they are the same item. The Felco F2 sells for $62.00 and the Felco 2 with cover sells for $82.Both are excellent pruners!
