SUPERFOOD and SUPER BOOST of your Stem Cells!!!
Spirulina is a Blue-Green Algae which can offer several benefits to our bodies. I realised something important about seaweed the other day, in that they are a stimulant to growth. It has some amazing properties besides being a brain food, it may assist with repairing our brain signalling and this is why I was so interested. The brain is the nerve-centre to our body, controlling all functions and activity. So, why wouldn't you want to enhance it's activity? My particular interest was this activity in relation to the eyes and heart, both key as we age!I take Spirulina with Astaxanthin, L-Carnitine, Fucoidan, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Grapeseed extract (Pterostilbene), Bilbury extract, Resevestrol, vitamins A,C,E,D and Alpha Lipoic acid and enzymes (like Nattokinase, Serrapeptase and Lumbrokinase). Mushrooms are also a great addition to this regiome, particularly mushrooms, like Chaga and Lion's Mane. Do not panic at the quantity on my list, as I don't take them ALL together or all the time. However, I take what I need as my body dictates and periodically fast/detox to reset my system. These together not only clean my blood, they are also great antioxidants and finally stimulate my stems cells to repair, enhance and grow new cells.The product instructions recommend 8ml DAILY taken in split doses of the 8ml; however I prefer to take the product directly onto my tongue to ensure maximum absorption. You get a nice tingly effect to know that it is working!CONCLUSION----------------Although the taste seems sharp, it disappears in seconds. I like that it gives me a tingle to show me that it's working. I had an issue with the bottle as it seems to get air-locked which is very frustrating. This issue has been flagged to the supplier via Amazon, as it does need to be fixed. Otherwise, I am happy with this bottle as it will last me some time!
