This does not run too hot under most applications as others have stated. While I tested out the Windows 10 it comes with and its OK, I loaded up Xubuntu 20.04 and it ran very well. For web viewing on a set and connecting to a NAS to run movies and stuff it's great. Runs you tube and hidef just fine. Just remember while it is a iNTEL device,it is not a NUC and is not easily up-gradable with memory and such. Taken for what it is, it works great although a little costly.

I took this minipc and attached a USB external drive (which is about the same size!), and I'm using it as my local server for media, home automation, etc. It's been super reliable, and hasn't overheated at all despite having no fan. It has a recent Intel CPU with fairly good integrated graphics, so it works great for media transcoding.I haven't had to touch this machine since I set it up, which is just about the best recommendation I can give!

Used this as a PC in my home theater setup and it works great exceeded my expectations. Not a powerhouse but for the price it’s perfect PC where you need one but it’s not your primary. Mostly surfing and streaming video. No issues with streaming 4K.

The N4020 box is very impressive for the price. I added a 480GB Dogfish NGFF SSD and made that the boot drive instead of the eMMC. Very brisk with my 4K Vizio P55F1 ... beautiful graphics ... beats my Amazon FireTV [2nd Gen] for video quality. Also supports Windows Sandbox ... drivers available on forums. Recommend a reinstall of Windows Pro to rid yourself of some international debris especially if you plan on cloning the OS to the m.2 SSD.

Easy set up. After a week, I have found no issues. Used a bluetooth keyboard/mouse set, and have used it fairly regularly. I love it!

Very surprised how well this thing works and how easy it was to setup, i mean really easy. we were tired of zooming with a tablet or laptop so got a cheap 32" tv, added this guy on it with pc cam, and a wireless keyboard and mouse. now we can see and navigate the meetings fast easy and not miss anything going on with the other cams. No issue connecting to home wifi and never had issues with the processor or memory affecting the quality of our use. My only regret is not getting this sooner

I am using this PC as a headless device on a remote LAN to manage devices on that LAN. It is easy to configure (via BIOS) to start up on power on. I use Chrome Remote Desktop to connect to the remote PC. Very happy with the purchase. I got very quick response when I sent a query to [email protected].

I had a 19 inch HDTV that I no longer used so I took a chance and bought this Mini PC. I mounted it on the back of the TV using the VESA mount. I am using a plug in keyboard and wireless mouse.So far I haven't tried anything fancy but I have used it for Facebook, email, web surfing, simple photo editing, and watching video. This thing is amazingly fast. Using an old TV I now have a great little self contained Windows 10 computer for just over $100. In fact my HP laptop died and I have had to send it in for service, but thanks to this mini computer I hardly miss my laptop. I am actually planning to get another one and connect it to my 65 inch LG TV. Highly recommended!!
