These Fairvital vitamin B complex capsules are perfect for my daily supplements of Various Vitamin Bs.I take one daily. The tablets are quite large and therefore may be a bit more difficult to swallow for those who struggle with the size of tablets.However, this isn't an issue for me. They are better than the tablets which I used to take previously.It comes in a good sized 120 capsules which will last me 4 months.They are reasonably priced.The only problem is that the instructions label is in 4 different languages and to attach the English one on the bottle took some thinking.

My immediate observation on this product is that the instructions and other text on the container are entirely in German, which – sadly – I neither speak nor understand. Further, on the list of ingredients were some items that were unfamiliar to me … particularly, pantothenic acid, choline, and PABA. So I checked them out:Pantothenic acid is also known as vitamin B5, and the National Institute of Health (office of dietary supplements) website suggests a recommended daily dose of 7mg, whereas these capsules contain 12.7 mg. The same source states that more research is needed on the cardiovascular effects of Choline. And PABA (also known as vitamin B10) is banned in some countries. So, all in all, I have decided not to take these capsules.

Seit ich dieses B Vitaminkomplex Präparat zu mir nehme hat sich meine, eigentlich immer latent vorhandene, Grundmüdigkeit deutlich reduziert. Ich komme morgens besser aus dem Bett und fühle mich deutlich frischer. Ob dies jetzt komplett auf dieses Produkt zurückzuführen ist kann ich so nicht beurteilen, lediglich der Umstand das dies seit der regelmäßigen Einnahme deutlich besser geworden ist führt mich zu dieser Annahme.Aus meiner Sicht ein gutes und sinnvolles Präparat was ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.

Utopisch niedrige Dosis, sogar ne Maus braucht mehr wenn man 50 mg braicht dann musste man 20 täglich nehmen. Das wäre 6 tage udn die dose wäre leer. Und echtes B komplex ist es nicht, nach dem inhalt.

Im rechtlichem Rahmen leider erlaubt, aber unter "natürlich" verstehe ich etwas anderes.
