To the people complaining about the taste... you all need to grow up. This is an extremely inoffensive taste, it barely has much of a taste at all actually.Overall it feeeeeels like it is as potent as the normal liquid zzzquil. Maybe with a little less drowsiness and tiredness due to the lack of alcohol. Overall you should want to reduce your high fructose corn syrup intake as much as possible, so this is the main draw to me. If you use the normal zzzquil you should at least try this one once to see if it still works for you without the bad stuff in the original, I think.

Does the job but it's a little too sweet for my taste.

I have a very restful sleep, I take the recommendation for use, but to get past the taste. I swallow some milk. Changes the taste to smoothie like flavor. A good six to eight restful sleep. Unless one of my cats bounce my head and Charlie one of my chihuahuas. Goes after the offending 🐈‍⬛ Two cats Three chihuahuas. Never Alone on the potty also 😂

This product does not work well for me. It sort of helps me wind down, but similar as the effects of sleepytime tea. It does not keep me asleep through the night.

Thanks for having a Dye free option, works so well without the poison of red Dye, which I'm allergic to. Great price. Great taste.
