Works.Elevated B12 in blood test results
This does elevate your B12 quickly. My latest blood results show that my B12 is very high ! I used to take one tablet a day everyday.My B12 was normal until I started taking this for some extra energy .I will temporarily stop taking this supplement.But I did seem to have more energy after taking this and iron supplement.

Smaller than expected, flavors are nice and light and not too strong
They are smaller than I was expecting, which was a good thing, the taste isn't too strong but that's also a good thing considering near the end it tastes like beets. But the taste isn't really strong and it's much preferred over most things that contain beats.

This being subliminal allows you to absorb the full amount of B12. Opposed to taking oral tablets or capsules. The gastric acid in the stomach destroys a lot of the B12.

Methylcobalamin Better for you
Very handy, I have malabsorption and need to take B12 daily. These are sublingual and dissolve easily. Because they are Methylcobalamin, it absorbs quickly and no gastric problems.
