This honey is one of the best Honeys that I have tasted. It has rich and genuine texture. I highly recommend this honey.

This honey reminds me a lot of Manuka. It is rich in flavor and creamy in texture.I want to start by saying that I am not reviewing this honey based on its medicinal properties, despite it boasting a 150 APF. It would take a long-term study to know if I would experience any medicinal benefit from using it. I am basing my review on the flavor profile and texture of this honey.The texture of this honey is significantly more creamy than most other honey varieties. It is not completely clear. It is exceptionally dark and it has one of the strongest natural honey flavor I've ever tasted. If you prefer a light honey, such as wildflower or orange blossom, this is not a honey that you will enjoy. If you are like me, and enjoy your honey with the strongest possible flavor, you will feel like you are in heaven when you sample this honey.While I would love to use this honey as my go-to for cooking, baking, teas, etc., I can't justify the price point for those purposes. I will savor this honey straight from the jar in small (approximately 1/4 teaspoon) spoonfuls. I may also occasionally use it in tea, for an extra pop of flavor.If you are looking to treat yourself to a special indulgence, look no further than this honey. You will not be disappointed!

The flavor of this honey is like no other and you want more and more but too costly for small size.

This has a unique and new type of taste for me, as I hadn't experienced honey like it before. However it just wasn't my favorite flavor.

Best tasting honey. There aren't very many actual "real honeys" out there anymore. Of all the ones we can get our hands on, this one is the best for the price. I also do notice a difference on my overall health using this honey vs. the honey I used almost daily before I learned what actual real beehive honey means in our modern world today.

They can't even get the outer seal right. And the underneath seal.doesnt look convincing. Save ur money. Dont order

This Terra Andes "Ulmo Rainforest" honey has the characteristic thick, creamy texture of raw honey. The flavor is has a floral sweetness and some bitterness or tang that is probably with its antibacterial properties.In its marketing, it's definitely attempting to piggy back on the cachet of New Zealand's manuka honey. It's a monofloral honey harvested from one region in Chile.The APF certification system also models itself after New Zealand's Unique Mānuka Factor (UMF) quality trademark, down to having member companies listed on its website. Like UMF certified honeys, APF honey is traceable. Unlike UMF, though, the companies are not subject to independent auditing.At this time, I don't think APF certification for Chilean honeys is up to the standard set by New Zealand's UMF certification.In the practice of regulating and guaranteeing the authenticity of its honey exports, Chile is the follower, not the leader. It doesn't mean that Chilean honey doesn't have the health benefits it claims, but at this time I prefer both the taste and the UMF certification of manuka honey.This honey comes in a plastic jar. While glass is more recyclable, and I generally prefer glass to plastic, all other things being equal, this product is coming all the way from Chile. I'd rather have intact honey in a plastic jar than deal with the jar getting damaged in transit.
