Q: Which adapter do I need to connect the antenna to coax....THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED IN THE AD FOR THE #304411 ANTENNA!!

It is mentioned in the ad for the 304411, it says it's an N connector, just like this says it's an N to FME.

Yes, if you have the right connections (type and gender), you should be able to connect the antenna. Whether it will work, or give you the results you are hoping for is a totally different question.

Q: Mine was missing the little piece of plastic the protrudes out of the connector. Looks like it was cut flush. Will this cause a problem?
