To make fresh Vietnamese spring rolls, you need to have a rice paper that could absorb the right amount of water. If the rice paper can't absorb enough water, then it will not be pliable. If it is absorb too much, then it is very sticky. This Viet Way rice paper brand is very pliable and make fresh spring rolls easily.

Quality product!
Flavor, packaging and quality are all top notch. The only tiny issue is that the rice papers were much stickier than the ones I usually use. No complaints though, this is such a steal for the price if you do not live near Asian super markets that sell these.

Very Thin
I always purchase Three Ladies Spring Roll Rice Paper but it was out of stock so I tried these. They are much thinner and break very easily. I will not re-purchase them.
