I've been using this for a while now, and I highly recommend it for relaxation and to help with sleep! This is definitely something you'll want to take before going to bed, because you will become quite drowsy. I also have noticed that as I continued to use it, it helped with water retention in my face, hands, and feet. The only downside is that when I take it with water, the capsule floats in my mouth before swallowing it so it feels a little funny. Taking it with a small bit of food instead of a liquid helps with that!

So far, so good! My goal was to sleep through the night. I take this an hour before bed and aside from very short waking up, I have been. I should say, though, that I have taken other measures to improve my sleep as well (black out eye masks, and blue light blocking glasses for the 2 hours before bed).

I used to wake up with worries and then be up for hours several nights a month (cycle related).These are most effective for me if I take two every night. Seems to be helping with leg cramps. However I can't give it 5 stars because there was a couple of broken capsules in the bottle with the powder wasted. Doesn't engender great trust in the processing department. I ordered another bottle before I realized the broken capsules, if the same thing is in the new bottle, will not be re-ordering.

Proceed with caution. This product is very effective and highly absorbable at the two capsule dosage. Within 10 days, I started having extreme itchiness all over my body. I also started having slight dizziness that lasted briefly until the 10 day mark, then I had extreme dizziness when I woke up before I got out of bed with my eyes spinning 360°. I had dizziness while I was walking, causing me to lose balance; throughout the day I felt dizzy. During the first 10 days, at times,I also had heart palpitations . I immediately stopped taking the product and everything returned to normal.I believe that the product caused my blood pressure to drop extremely low, which caused dizziness. I also think it caused an imbalance to the electrolytes because my mom was also taking the product and had extreme swelling in her legs and could not walk. If you have lymphedema or lymphatic blockages, do not take this product. If you have low blood pressure do not take this product as well.This product needs to have third-party testing for heavy metals, such as nickel. Nickel, mimics estrogen, and can cause itching. Seller was dismissive of the complaints that my husband and I and my mom had, including itchiness, dizziness, heart palpitations, and ankle edema swelling.
