It seems to work well and I like that it charges two at a time. Good value for the price and easy to use.

My previous battery charger finally failed so I decided to purchase this dual battery charger in addition to higher amperage batteries. Now I am able to charge two batteries at a time as opposed to just one battery. This makes it a lot easier. Would recommend based on my personal experience.

This dual battery charger works great. Definitely good investment for the money.

I own the Worx WA3881 and WA3884 chargers, and I bought this charger so that I can fast charge two batteries - one on the WA3884 and one on this charger. The WA3884 will supply 4A to a single battery, and this charger should supply 3A to a single battery. When 2 batteries are paced on the chargers the power supplied to each battery cuts in half.When this charger arrived, I almost sent it back because I thought it was defective. For some strange reason, they designed this charger so that a solid red light shows when the battery is charging. On the Worx chargers there is a blinking green light when the batteries are charging, and a solid red light means that the battery is defective. The label on the front of this charger and the manual that comes with it do indicate that a solid red light means the battery is charging, but it's labeled as a Worx charger. So, they should have designed this charger to match the Worx light convention.To make things even more confusing, the Amazon product page has incorrect and contradictory information about what the lights mean. In one of the pictures at the top, it says that red light solid means "battery defective" and red light flashing means "charging". That's backwards. Then in the product description section it states the Worx convention for the lights, which isn't correct for this charger either.

I got this for price and value that it can charge two Worx batteries in 20v ratings and this is helpful if your using a WX550 weed wacker and considering I will purchase another two so that when two other run out-I have batteries backup to use. So with dual charger helps keeping battery charged up for use. The charge indicators are something one needs to get used to as "Red" is charging and "Green" is done charging. But if you follow this correctly it should do it's job. I'll see long term now this holds up and keeps the Worx batteries charged.Update:One half has failed and now I am asking them under warranty to replace the dual charger as I don't know when the other half will fail since one side has failed now.

This is great to charge two batteries at once for my weed eater. I always need two to get the job done.

It's a charger!! Good value but time will tell if it was a good choice.
