Getting my life back to normal since using.
Been having lower back pain and sore shoulders. I was willing to try it and if it doesn’t work I could return it. Since using the pillow my shoulders aren’t sore and my back pain is slowly getting better. The using manual will tell you how to use depending on your sleep habits. I am sleeping much better and highly recommend it too.

Better Sleep
I have considered purchasing this style pillow for some time but have been skeptical. I have obstructive sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine. Snoring is still occasional even with the mask. A friend said he uses this pillow as recommended by his chiropractor. Not only is it helping with my OSA, but neck and shoulder pain is reducing as well.

Very good option, second pillow required
This pillow has helped a lot, but is not “perfect” it’s not high enough to support a true side sleeping position so I tuck a flattened pillow underneath it and then it is the correct high to work as described. I’m still very happy I have it and would buy again

Shoulder pain gone!
I was having shoulder pain for a while and thought maybe I had a possible injury from CrossFit. Definitely not the case. It was the way I slept. I tend to sleep on my side cuddling my dogs and the muscle from my neck to my shoulder was scrunching up, causing pain in my shoulder area. I ended up buying this pillow and the pain went away. Definitely worth the buy!

Day 3 and the pillow case is already ripped
I haven't had it long enough to do a review on the effectiveness of the pillow itself and didn't plan on doing a review at all for at least a month, but I fear it's going to fall apart before then.I take very good care of the pillow (because of it can really help my neck pain and issues, it's a medical device as far as I'm concerned). It stays on the bed, gets covered with a sheet in the morning and there aren't any animals in the house. Yet somehow, the case already has a rip in it and the fabric is the kind that just keeps ripping once there is a hole. It's very delicate. The case itself has a bit of stuffing in it which is now coming out. The pillow case ripping is a big deal to me because:1. The case is contoured to the pillow specifically, which helps it keep shape and bounce back after lying on it.2. There is a button that connects the top top side of the case to the bottom side of the case through a hole in the pillow, right in the center where you lay your head. This is what keeps bowl shape where your head lays, which is a critical purpose in the posture the pillow is designed to keep you in. If you were to use a regular case, there is a possibility that the case could be pulled taught in that area and not follow the contour of the bowl your head needs to lay in, keeping you from achieving the posture you paid all that money to achieve. Which means no pain relief.3. It worries me that the pillow itself is also fragile and will not hold up if the case is so delicate or had ripped from 3 days use.Keep in mind that the rip is not even close to where you lay your head, so it's not even from the direct weight of my head. I'm kind of bummed about that. Obviously enough to do an early bad review. But I feel like the case is just as important as the pillow itself (they go hand in hand) and you'll understand why if you buy one.

Life-Changing Comfort and Support!
I can't say enough good things about this memory foam cervical pillow. From the very first night, I noticed a huge difference in how well I slept and how I felt in the morning. The memory foam is the perfect balance of soft and supportive, gently cradling my neck and keeping my spine aligned all night. I used to wake up with neck stiffness and headaches, but since switching to this pillow, those problems have completely disappeared. The contoured design really makes a difference — it supports the natural curve of my neck whether I’m sleeping on my back or my side. Plus, the pillow stays cool throughout the night, which is a huge bonus. The quality of the materials feels premium, and even after weeks of use, it hasn’t lost its shape at all.If you struggle with neck pain or just want a better night’s sleep, I absolutely recommend giving this pillow a try. It’s worth every penny!
