I paid for 3 packages of Kaytee FIESTA Yogurt Dips. I bought these for my Severe Macaw because they are one of her favorite treats. I did NOT receive what I paid for. I received a knock off brand that was very poorly packaged and isn't even called the same. The treats I received are called "Yo Dips". They look very crumbly and since I'm not sure what the heck they actually are, I'm afraid to give them to my baby. I'm pretty upset. I work a night shift 55 hours a week and don't have time to return these. And really Havnt been given the resources to contact the seller anyways. If you find these in a reputable store such as Petsmart I would suggest trying them. Personally I can't risk my baby's health to give these a try

I'm not sure if these are supposed to be so hard that you can hardly break them in half with your hand but that is what I got with these treats. My bird halfheartedly attempted to crunch them and instead picked a few pieces of the coating off instead and then gave up. The outer layer is crumbly and softer but the main treat itself is too hard for even her beak. I wonder if maybe mine weren't as fresh as they should have been and that is part of the reason. They smell great and I'm sure would be enjoyed if they werent so hard.
