This globe has been touched by many hands in my house from age 4 years to 82 years . All the little ones love to spin it and see what it land on !! I bought this for my daughter to teach her 5th grade class, the kids enjoyed being able to see & follow in a circular motion instead of looking on a flat map. The colors are bright & has a lot of countries etc, great price.. definitely recommend

Very colorful and simple. The nations' names are all easy to read. And it's not cluttered up with tons of cities. Perfect for teaching geography to children.

This globe makes such a visual statement with its beautiful coloring! The ocean is such a vivid blue color it’s very noticeable! All the nations are distinctly colored making it easy to identify one from another.I’m very satisfied with this purchase and am proud to display it in my living room.

The globe itself is very pretty. VERY bright blue. We’ve always kept a globe, but the stand for the old one was completely broken, so just not as handy to use.My only complaint with this is the stand. A protrusion on the bottom of the globe goes into a hole in the stand, but that hole wasn’t well shaped. Extra soft plastic that should have been cut off. You can see it in the picture. I can’t get the globe completely into the stand, although I got it in enough to work.I actually took off two stars for that. I don’t know if it’s going to cause issues in the future, since I can’t get everything put together completely. Obviously I don’t want another non-functioning stand, since that’s why I bought this in the first place.

Interpreting the news becomes more accurate and precise with a handy and accurate globe. One can't acquire a proper sense of global distance without one. I'm 80 years old, and have always had a globe but it was bought well used, made in the 1930's and most every country has a different name today. I wanted a current one, for me, my grandchildren and great grandchildren. I bought this one for me to see if was proper for my progeny. It certainly is. I will be ordering more for my offspring this Christmas.......... (Jesus's birthday).
