Jelly Cream Deep Moisture Creamy Formula, for Unisex - 4.5 oz Cream

Dry skin is a royal pain. I've got the type that will actually have cracked skin (the ones that are like 'the paper-cut from h*#l') from washing your hands once, depending on the weather. No matter what the advertisements say, no product can 'cure' that. Until the body starts producing what it isn't the problem will continue. That being said, I've tried a lot of products and the problem is that you can't stay slathered in oils/lotions/creams all the time. So. I found this product and started using it at night in lieu of the petroleum jelly and white cotton gloves (blech).When first applied it seems like it's going to be a tad oily; don't stop working it in. The 'feel' gets better and it doesn't take much time before that hint of oiliness goes away - or is reduced enough for me to be comfortable that I won't have trouble turning door knobs like I have with other products. When the ambient temp is colder it takes longer to work the cream. It's actually a good feeling after it's applied. Very comfortable and soothing and doesn't leave you concerned about touching your face or other objects. I started using it during the day as well and because of it's lack of slimy oiliness I can use it a bit more than other products I tried. I'm betting in the winter I'll need to use this with more frequency because right now it keeps me from cracking up, but I'm certainly not eliminating the dry skin. It's interesting to me that this seems to work better than other products, but I'm betting that I use it more because I CAN and still function in life. It's extraordinarily difficult to have a normal life with your hands an oily mess. That's the point of using these products, isn't it? To improve our lives? This has definitely helped in that respect. I don't dread kitchen and garden work like I used to since I'm not as concerned about the effects of washing my hands and the ensuing healing period.

I used this product years ago & forgot how well it works :) I am very glad to be using it again, it really works & takes care of that flaking dry skin I have in the winter esp!! I will continue to use it from now on but I was disappointed I did not receive the bonus lip therapy?? I highly recommend this cream if u have dry flaky skin in the winter or any time of the year. it is not scented so I can use whichever perfume I choose :)

Recommended by dr. Product is excellent; performs as dr. said it would. On Amazon site , however, the product was advertised as having a bonus lip balm included. The lip balm did not arrive with the product; vendor said their ad was 'misrepresented' on Amazon's site.

I have been using this product for approximately 25 years and because of the C-virus have not been able to get to a place that has it. I live in a very rural, small community. I took a chance and looked on AMAZON, placed the order and had it in three days. I appreciate the attention to my order very much because I use a lot of this cream..moisturizer, under make-up, etc. I probably put it on 3 times a day....mountain desert dryness! I spilled an alkaline chemical on a finger and received a sore that would not heal. I've applied this product at night before sleep and it is nearly healed. Nothing else was working. So I'm very happy.

It isn't greasy like petroleum jelly and is a fairly good treatment for chapping.Some reviewers got "watery" ointment. Mine was fine. I looked it up. "White" Vaseline is the most refined. Refined from petroleum tar. Hey, that's great; Eternal shelf life: It won't go rancid because, I guess, it is inimical to living things. But I'm not putting it on my baked potato (where it would look very nice) but rubbing it on my exterior, posterior, anterior whatever. You could eat it if you want althour some health advocates darkly suggest possible undocumented toxicity and recommend that you don't eat it... Fine. I won't.

Incredible product! I have extremely dry facial skin, but since using this, it hasn’t peeled or flaked around my problem areas. Remarkable considering all The moisturizers I’ve tried!

All winter long, and even in to early summer, my heels tend to dry out and crack. The cracks are incredibly tender and sore; I can't even put my full weight down on my foot when I have one of these cracks. The answer for me has been Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Cream. Right before bed, I just put it on the afflicted area--a very thick coat of cream--and put on a pair of socks. In the morning, my heels show signs of healing, and, by the third morning, the cracks are gone. I have an Amazon subscription for this product; I don't know what I'd do without it!
