Smells Great & (Hopefully) Keeps the Critters Away!
I use this shampoo weekly on my two fur babies, and while they don’t exactly love bath time, I don’t think that’s the shampoo’s fault—they just enjoy being dirty a little too much. The peppermint scent is fresh and pleasant, and I like to think it’s doing its job keeping the fleas and ticks at bay (haven't found any yet, so that’s a win!).Bath time in my house usually involves dramatic sighs, pitiful stares, and an escape attempt or two, but at least they come out smelling fresh and looking adorable—even if they act like I’ve just ruined their entire week.

Best on the market all-natural flea shampoo (combine with flea comb for 100% effectiveness)
My beautiful border collie/ Aussie mix (short/medium hair, almost 2 years old) was becoming infested with fleas. We were constantly picking them off her and it was only getting worse. This really is the best all-natural remedy on the market. My parents really didn’t want me to use flea shampoo because they didn’t want her smelling like chemicals or having a negative allergic reaction. This stuff was fantastic, my little girl smells like wonderful peppermint and her coat is very shiny and soft. Now, this stuff did not get ALL the fleas but it did get at least 80%. Combined with a flea comb we got off Amazon, the fleas were gone in 3 days. We are so blessed this product exists. Thank you wondercide! Best all-natural flea shampoo on the market. We combed my baby with the flea comb, bathed her, and combed her again. She was being combed 4 times a day plus whenever we saw her itching. Now, this stuff is not 100% effective but I saw the fleas falling off her in the bath and it did an epic job. I just want to be open and honest that the comb was super effective as well due to the length of her hair as a border collie mix.Smell - peppermint was great, whole family liked it. A tad intense while bathing but it’s doing its job.Effect on skin - patch tested ahead, no allergic reaction. This girl HATES baths but she was willing with this stuff! Must have felt nice, but she shivered (the peppermint probably made her feel cold)Quality - it worked, her hair looks great, definitely a great product.Performance - 80% of the fleas gone, 100% of flea dirt. Again, with a flea comb (we got the purple Amazon choice one), unbeatable. Best all-natural flea shampoo on the market.

Mild, but works!
We use this if needed to fight fleas. Our dog rarely gets fleas (2x in 9 years, both times from the vet’s office) so we use this shampoo and it has taken care of the problem. We prefer to not use heavy chemicals on our dog, so this work well! It leaves our dog’s fur feeling soft and wonderful.

Smells really nice, No effectiveness
I decided to give this shampoo a try. Because there was a lot of good reviews. I have a long haired sheet too.And that may be part of the problem, but i've washed her five times now. The shampoo does not lather. Hardly at all, which is frustrating with a long haired dog and it has not gotten rid of the fleas. Very disappointed in this purchase

WAS I WRONG!!!!!!! Part 1
I am going to be 100 percent honest. I totally doubted this product. Well I was wrong!!!!I have never had flea issues. I have lived on the same property for 10 years and never had an issue. We always make sure the grass is kept short, bushes are cut back etc. Well that has all changed. We rent and the property was sold. Needless to say, the property is not kept up like it use to be. Plus there are a lot more deer and other animals around because of the amount of building going on in my area.So last week one of my dogs started scratching really bad. They both have seasonal allergies, one worse than the other. I figured it wasn't anything major. Well on my white pitbull, I noticed something crawling on him. Naturally I freaked out!!!! It was a flea!!!! Now we all know that where there is one, there are more!!!! I sprayed them with numerous other products even horse fly spray ( which was labeled that it kills fleas on dogs) and nothing.Well Prime Day rolls around and I see that Wondercide is on sale. I know nothing about it. I start reading the reviews and people say it works. Riiiggghht... So I start thinking to myself. It is all natural and is actually going to work?! Ok I will bite because I am desperate!! So I ordered the peppermint one.I get my order the next day ( Go Amazon!!) And decide I am going to give both dogs a bath. I put the first dog in the tub and start running water over him. I don't really see anything. Keep running water over him and all of a sudden I see a flea. Now I know it is game time. I open the shampoo and start scrubbing. I see fleas starting to fall off my dog. Now I'm freaking out but excited. I start thinking I am going to win this battle!!!!! I continue to add more shampoo and keep scrubbing. More fleas are falling off, some dead, some alive, and some seem stunned. I keep scrubbing. I let the shampoo sit on my dog for awhile and then rinsed him off. He is not itching at all. I dried him off and he is sleeping peacefully. On to the next dog Now!! My white pitbull is up next. I put him in the tub and start rinsing him like I did the other dog. Nothing!!! All of a sudden a flea falls off into the water. So I continue to rinse him and there are more fleas. I shut the water and start scrubbing him with the shampoo. All of a sudden there are fleas coming off him like they are abandoning ship. Some alive, some dead, some running up his head onto his eyelids. This totally freaked me out. I keep scrubbing and let the shampoo sit. I start rinsing him off and a bunch of dead fleas start falling off of him with every rinse. It was totally gross!!!! I dry him off and he is sleeping as well. I clean the bathroom, take a shower and see a flea jump on the bathroom floor!!!! One escaped!!! I run inside grab my cellphone and order the peppermint spray for dogs also!!!! I will post that review under that product. Before I do that I want to add a few things....When you are rinsing/ wetting your dog down initially. Do it well and take your time. When washing your dog with the shampoo. Scrub him really well with your finger tips. Just keep scrubbing and scrubbing. If you have to use more shampoo use more. The shampoo seemed to work better with the initial wash. When I tried to wash my white dog a second time the shampoo didn't seem to get into his coat as well. His coat texture and length is different than my other dog, so that might be why. My advice pull up a chair scrub and let the shampoo sit. It works!! Now were there still a few fleas on the dogs. I don't think so, but after they napped. They needed to go outside. I had just placed the order for the spray for them just in case bc there was a run away flea. Remember.... Well good thing I did!!!! Because after walking them I saw a damn flea!!!!!

Does not work
Did not work at all. I used the flea drops as well and it made my dogs itch more. Would not recommend.
