I ordered 4 of these and the product arrived in good condition and I was pleased with the quality. When I went to install, the sinks in my house are an out of stock Moen brand with a unique connector. I contacted the company via the e-mail that came with the product instructions and they responded in 24 hours and shipped me the exact connector I needed for all 4 faucets free of charge. After that, the installation is very easy and the results are exactly as advertised. Very good product, very good customer service. Make sure you use the correct rubber ring for the connection and the plumbers tape to seal the connection points, all of which is provided. If you don't you may have a small bit of leaking.

Loved this thing until a couple of weeks ago, when it started drooping. It either has to stand up at 90 degrees, or it pretty much goes straight down. If you try to place it anywhere in between, it droops down. There is no way that I can see to adjust the tension on the joint.CORRECTION. Boy, do I feel stupid. There’s a hex screw that matches the hex driver that came in the kit. Tightened it up a bit and it’s GOLDEN.

For the price this was an easy to install quality product. I did not like or was even able to use the hanging piece… I wish it had a more durable back to be able to screw it to a wall. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I could not use that part. Spray quality and capacity is great! I would buy again.

I love this thing! Wow! Exactly what I needed and I didn’t even know it existed until I saw it on Pinterest. I knew if it existed, Amazon would have it. It’s handy as a button on a shirt. I installed it with a bit of tongue holding just right and it works great. My faucet if a standard bathroom faucet. I’d say this puppy is a must have.

Very intelligent design and very easy installation. May not make sense how to use it until its installed. If works instinctively. Very easy.Makes my bathroom sink ever so much more useful. I can finally wash whiskers down the sink!

we have a really tiny, shallow sink- the kind that seems like its been neglected for weeks after a single meal. our faucet placement made the problem all that much worse-- this solved the issue almost entirely. Sturdy and flexible, and an unexpected bonus is filling water bottles has never been easier. great stuff, really easy installation

Product appears to be well made and I assume would perform as advertised but it did not fit my particular faucet. It took three additional days to confirm which adaptor I needed to make it work. In the mean time my faucet was non functional so I was able to find another on- line solution in the mean time. The company did offer two solutions but it involve paying more money on one of them. The decision to return the product was based on timing. There was one email sent each day before a resolution was offered. I just needed a faster response since my faucet wasn’t working.

Just installed. Instructions are kind of weird but easy enough to figure out if you have common sense. I got option C and it’s supposed to have a 79 inch recoil hose and I can tell you right now it does not. It feels like I’m going to break something but I can manage almost 70 inches with it. Not a huge deal but we hoping to use it to fill my cats water fountain and it’s just slightly out of reach (obviously yes I moved it closer).
